High Mountain Oolong
High Mountain Oolong means teas are grown above the altitude of 1,000m. The geographic environments of high mountain are cool temperatures, clean air and proper humidity. This kind of tea is usually high quality and high price because of the advantage of geographic environments and only harvested by hand-plucked in Spring & Winter.
The appearances of tea leaves are curl tightness, fresh green color. The fragrance is high with rich mellow and you also can feel sweet aftertaste in yout throat.
The famous high mountains are Ali Shan, Li Shan, Mt. Jade, Shan Li Xi, Da Yu Lin.
Fermentation degree: 10% ~ 15%
Baking classifications : non or lightly-baked
